I like the way the chair looks and the way it forces me to sit upright. I work from home so use it over 8 hours a day

Comfortable and helps my posture. Takes some time to get used to but overall works well.
I'm a big guy at 250+ and it seems sturdy enough for me.

Working from home was tough before I bought this chair. I used a kitchen table chair before, and my back was constantly in pain. With this chair, not only is my back comfortable, but it has also improved my posture! Being able to rock back and forth is enjoyable for someone who normally likes to walk around. So happy I bought this chair. Working from home has been so much better with it!

Since I’ve started using this chair, my lower back pain has greatly decreased. I’m very pleased about that since it was my main reason for purchasing this chair. It takes a few days for your body to readjust to the more upright posture but eventually you get used to it and it eases the pressure you normally feel on your back

I'm sitting on my kneeling chair right now. I will say that it takes a few days to get used to...not too terrible, just lots of muscle pain in areas that haven't been used in a while. It has improved my posture and my ability to sit for long periods of time. I also love putting my feet on the knee pads for huge segments of time. Great investment. The trick has been trying to keep my kids to stop trying to steal it for themselves.

My wife uses the chair (5'7", 135 lbs) and its great for her. She was having neck pain from her office set up, and has gotten good relief in switching to this chair. She kept her other chair close for the first week while she got used to it (it takes time, and her shins were sore at first), but now she uses this chair exclusively. it works great for her daily use (8 hours a day).

I have spent so much money in the past year on a different chair, yoga ball, cushions, PT, massage therapy, TENS unit... all because my new job has me putting more pressure on my back from sitting. This chair makes all the difference for me! The position, but also the fact that it rocks. When I lean forward, there's no added pressure on my knees or back. It has been a life and pain saver for me and I would highly recommend it to others! They have wonderful customer service and if you have any concerns or issues, they back their product!!!!

I wasn’t too sure what to think of this chair when I first saw it. There was no way to try it out first, and the price seemed steep. But I’m glad I took the risk. I’ve had trouble with regular desk chairs since I hurt my back and pelvis in an accident. I tried switching to a standing desk, and that solved one problem but ended up aggravating my lower back. I’ve been using this kneeling chair for about 2 weeks now and it’s made a big difference. It changes the angle of my lower spine just enough to take some of the pressure off my low back and tailbone. Unlike a regular chair, I can shift positions very easily by moving 1 or both feet to the floor, or putting one foot on the knee rest, or even turning the chair backwards. Plus I’ve still got the standing desk when I want it. Changing positions often seems to be the key for me. I was really at a loss until I found this combination. Yes, it does put pressure on my shins. But that doesn’t bother me much since I can change positions easily. There are several cheaper versions of this chair out there, but I’m glad I got this one because 1. It’s extremely easy to put together. 2. It has separate knee pads instead of one long one, which makes it easier to shift positions. 3. It looks nice. 4. It rocks. I was a little worried that would be strange or distracting, but that little bit of motion makes the chair a lot easier to sit in for long periods of time. I wish I had found this chair sooner.

Super easy to put together- only 6 parts! And it's super fun/comfortable to use. Built in flex make it easy to reach for things, and the rocking capability is really nice. I don't feel like I'm fighting my body to sit up straight all day. It's AMAZING!!!

I could have bought an older more original one on eBay, like the one I had 20 years ago, but I'm glad I got a new one. The only limitation is that unless you get one of the basic color choices you need to wait a month or two (if you buy from the manufacturer). Don't bother paying extra for expert assembly. A 12 year old could do it and get a feeling of accomplishment. Much of the time I use it simply as a rocking stool without using the shin supports. Or sometimes I just use one. Comes with the necessary Allen wrench.
